Gamespy has a wonderful article on The Top 25 Dumbest Moments in . It's a lot of fun to see how dumb things were. It is not so fun to realize I bought into a few of them.
The Gameboy Advance may be another idea of "black box" technology next to the Tivo and the ipod. They seem to have a lot of cool games that play exactly like their console grandparents. Zelda, Mario, and Metroid are some good examples.
