Thank god there was no internet when I was a kid and I had no access to any sort of video camera or I would be the next Star Wars Kid.
I am always interested in what the rest of the world finds interesting. Sites like Blogdex and Daypop tell us what people are writing about, but sites like Google Zeitgeist, Metaspy Top Queries, and now Yahoo Buzz let you know what people are searching for. Getting this pure source of the topics people are interested in is a great way to see the status of a society. The amount of information that can be gathered from this is staggering. It's a new daily hit for me and has been added to my official links.
